Concert event...
A rare moment...
No fuss, no unnecessary gestures, just a unique sound that's as close as possible to the work he's performing. Each concert is a moment of great intensity when time seems to stand still.
His interpretations of Franz Schubert are unique. His piano sings what cannot be said, illustrating perfectly Beethoven's thought: "In this Schubert, there really is a divine spark...".
Described as a "perfect example of a thoughtful musician" (Die Welt) and hailed by the New York Times , pianist David Fray is one of the leading artists of his generation.
